Life Time Warranty
We are pleased to offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry pieces, ensuring your Ethical Adorn Fine Jewelry receives dedicated care whenever needed. We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship.
We will provide repairs for your jewelry throughout the time you own it. You can also send your piece to us anytime for a free, thorough cleaning and inspection to keep it looking radiant and in excellent condition.
However, there are a few limitations to this warranty:
- The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center or focal stones. We recommend insuring your piece in case a focal stone falls out or gets damaged.
- Some pieces feature unique stones. If damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary depending on available inventory.
- Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping (both ways) for any cleanings, inspections, or repair services.
Important Note: In addition to shipping costs, clients are responsible for import fees and customs charges. Be sure to check with your local customs office for any potential fees when sending your jewelry for repair.
For the first two years of ownership, all repair work is free (excluding focal stone replacements). After two years, there will be a small labor and/or materials fee for repairs.
It’s normal for fine jewelry to experience wear and tear with daily use. Our specialists will evaluate your piece, and if any repairs go beyond normal wear, we will provide an estimate of labor and material fees.
Third-Party Repairs: The warranty becomes void if the piece is resized or repaired by a jeweler other than Ethical Adorn.
